Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the COVID-19. Free Shipping on Orders Over $35
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $35 shipped within the contiguous United States. Make sure to take Free Shipping into account when comparing prices.
Offer valid on all orders with a subtotal of $35 or more; other discounts applied to your order could change your subtotal.
Offer limited to standard shipping to U.S. addresses in the contiguous U.S. only (Alaska & Hawaii do not apply).
Offer is limited to stock on hand and backorderable items, is nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our store to the destination.US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the store, items usually take between 1 and 7 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
Depending on your location, we ship by DHL Express, USPS, UPS. We try to ship to you as quickly as possible. Most orders arrive within our timeline.
Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
Please note that The Flying Turtle is required to declare the retail value of all items in shipments, and your shipment may be subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country. Any incurred importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Import Taxes: Please be aware that International orders may attract an additional cost for import taxes upon receipt.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
The Flying Turtle provides a 30 day warranty period.
If you would like to issue a warranty claim, the claim should be submitted within 30 days of you receiving the package.
The return shipping will be pre-paid for by the customer, however, we will reimburse you once the warranty claim is successful.
Upon the acquirement of the package containing the products for the warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
